RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • All sales are final. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all damage caused by carelessness, negligence or any mishandling of products upon receiving them in good condition.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Colour of product may differ from screen to screen and physical item.


    STORE POLICIES

  • Handmade products may differ slightly from each other.

  • If you received the wrong size/item from your order, please email hello@sarastreet.com with your order number and name so we can best resolve your situation. We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Squarespace payment system.

  • There is a 7 day grace period upon receipt of item to contact us about defects or wrong items.

  • If your parcel was not retrieved/wrong address, has been returned back to me and would like for it to be shipped out again, you will be contacted via email for a reshipment fee.



    LOCAL ORDERS (SINGAPORE)

  • Parcels mailed via Singpost will take about 7 days


    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • We ship internationally and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

  • All digital goods are free shipping

  • If your parcel was not retrieved/wrong address, has been returned back to me, you will be contacted via email for a reshipment fee if you would like for it to be shipped out again

  • SingPost will take about 4-6 weeks depending on where you live
